Why DogWood
DogWood Kennel provides personalized and exceptional care for pets. Our dedicated staff truly love dogs and cats (and horses and pigs and lizards and birds, etc.) and bring expertise in education, communication, organization, leadership, and management to ensure an enriching and satisfying experience for both owners and pets. We are a sweet overnight and enrichment opportunity rather than a medical facility, but we are especially pleased to announce that as of February 2025, every single DogWood Staff member is certified in Pet CPR and First Aid. We strive not only to earn your trust, but also to be the best home-away-from-home experience for your pet! What we do
Sleepovers
Best-quality care for pets in clean and spacious accommodation by our highly trained and pet-loving staff.
Salon
Baths and nails, styles and trims, potty patches, teeth brushing, and more, all paced at your pup’s comfort level.
Outfield
Run wild and free like the wind, with canine friends under our supervision, or privately, under your supervision.
Day Play
From individual sessions with staff to vigorous romps with new pet friends in our indoor and outdoor yards.
Day Board
Perfect for the pet who needs some daytime monitoring or extra potty walks. Available Monday – Friday.
Day Lessons
Improve communication, performance, skills, or relationships. Available only as an on campus opportunity.
